Hard Forging Method Lower
If the raw materials of our pistols and the Frame (Receiver) are Forged Steel. As you can see left, they are forged with molds that we specially designed by hot forging method to gain extra strength. Thus, these Frame (Receiver) raw materials, which gain extra strength, are processed with our CNC machines and equipment in our company and become final. All Frame (Receiver) production processes and post-production controls are made with gauges.

Hot Forging Method Barel
The raw materials of our pistols Barrels as parts are produced in 2 different types as you can see above.
a. As the first method, as you can see left, with the Hot Forging method, we designed our own It is ensured that the raw material gains extra strength by forging with molds. After this method, the inside of the barrel is drilled with the deep hole drilling method within our company, the groove-set drawing processes are completed, and it is finalized by processing with our CNC machines and equipment.

Cold Forging Method Barel
b. Cold Forging method is applied as the second method. For this method, before the material is forged, the inside of the barrel is drilled with the deep hole drilling method and the outer form is prepared with our CNC machines so that it is ready for the Cold Forging operation. In the Cold Forging operation, groove-set is drawn, the barrels are forged to lengthen and gain extra strength. After the Cold Forging operation, the desired paint is cut and processed with our CNC machines and equipment and finalized.

Hot Forging Method Slide
The raw materials of our Pistols Slides we produce as parts are as you can see left, extra strength is gained by forging with molds that we specially designed with the hot forging method. Thus, these Slides raw materials, which gain extra strength, are processed with our CNC machines and equipment in our company and become final. Production processes and post-production controls of all Slides are made with gauges.

Monoblock Trigger Set
While most manufactures construct the trigger bow and shoe separately, BALISTIK DEFENCE fabricates both as a single unit of steel which we term a Monoblock Trigger. Although this costs us more, we know it is higher quality because it eliminates human error in fitting the bow to the shoe.
